Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All our files are in Portable Document Format (PDF)

Because our products are digital architectural drawings delivered electronically, specific conditions apply.

1. Nature of Digital Products

All house plans sold on houseplanify.com are digital files delivered in downloadable format. No physical products are shipped.

Once a digital file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it cannot be returned in the traditional sense.

2. No Refund After Download

Due to the nature of digital architectural drawings, all sales are final once the files have been:

• Downloaded

• Accessed through your account

• Or sent via email delivery

We cannot issue refunds after delivery because digital content cannot be “returned”.

Please review all plan details, specifications, dimensions, and inclusions carefully before purchasing.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error.

• You were charged multiple times for the same plan.

• The file provided is corrupted or inaccessible and cannot be replaced.

If you experience any of the above issues, you must contact us within 5 days of purchase.

4. Plan Suitability Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to:

• Verify that the plan suits their land size

• Confirm local building code compliance

• Consult a local engineer or authority if required

Refunds will not be issued due to:

• Local approval rejection

• Plot size incompatibility

• Personal design preference changes

• Construction cost concerns

We strongly recommend reviewing all specifications before purchase.

5. Modifications and Custom Work

If you request plan modifications or custom design services:

• Deposits for custom work are non refundable.

• Work already completed is billable.

• Refunds will not be issued for approved design stages.

Custom architectural services are treated as professional services, not downloadable products.

6. File Access Issues

If you experience difficulty downloading your files:

Please contact us immediately with:

• Your order number

• Your full name

• A description of the issue

We will resend or restore access promptly.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in suspension of access to purchased files.

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns quickly and professionally.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
