Effective Date: 1/1/2026

This Licensing Agreement applies to all architectural plans purchased from houseplanify.com

1. Copyright Ownership

All plans remain the exclusive property of the houseplanify.com architects.

Purchase grants a usage license only, not ownership of the design.

2. Single Build License

This license permits:

• Construction of one residential building based on the purchased plan

• Modifications for personal use

• Submission for local approvals

This license does not permit:

• Multiple constructions

• Resale of the design

• Transfer to another party

• Use for speculative development without written consent

3. Multi Build License

Upon request and on payment of agreed upon fees, we may grant a multi build license.

This license permits:

• Construction of multiple buildings from the same plan

• Use for development projects

• Modifications for project needs

This license still prohibits:

• Reselling the design itself

• Redistributing digital files

• Claiming authorship

Written confirmation of multi build purchase must be retained by the buyer.

4. Modifications

Clients may modify plans for construction purposes.

However:

• Copyright remains with the original architect

• Modified plans cannot be sold or redistributed

5. Violations

Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or resale constitutes copyright infringement.

Legal remedies may be pursued where applicable.
