Yes. You will be able to download your purchased files from your account area. Download limits, if any, are specified at checkout. However, we will disable downloads if we notice suspicious downloads. For example, downloading the file 10 times each day.

General material notes and finish suggestions may be included. Final material selections and specifications should be confirmed with your contractor and local consultants.
A single purchase grants you the right to build the house once on one site.
No. If you intend to build the design multiple times, you must purchase additional licenses or contact us for a developer license.
No. You may not resell, share, distribute, upload, or modify the drawings for resale in any form.
Yes. You may share the files with your contractor, engineer, surveyor, quantity surveyor, and local authorities strictly for the purpose of constructing your home.
Yes. Minor modifications can be requested. These may include:
• Adjusting room sizes
• Reconfiguring kitchen layout
• Moving internal walls
• Changing window sizes

Yes. Most designs can be mirrored left to right. This is useful if your site access or sun orientation requires it.

Plans are created using professional architectural software. Editable files, if included, are provided in DWG format compatible with most CAD programs.
PDFs are typically formatted for standard sheet sizes such as A1, A3, or similar. This will be stated on the plan page. However, we recommend printing the plans in not less than an A3 sized paper
Most plans are provided in metric units. If imperial units are required, please confirm before purchase.
Each plan page lists the minimum recommended plot width and depth. Ensure your site meets these requirements before purchasing.
Yes. Orientation can be adjusted to suit sun, wind, and access conditions, subject to local planning rules.
