1. Product Format

House plans are delivered in digital format, typically including:

• PDF construction drawings

• Floor plans

• Elevations

• Sections

• Technical layouts

File format details are specified on each product page.

2. File Access

Upon successful payment, buyers receive:

• Download access via account dashboard

• Email confirmation with download instructions

Buyers are responsible for storing their files securely.

3. File Security

Digital files may not be:

• Shared publicly

• Uploaded to file sharing platforms

• Distributed without permission

Watermarks or tracking identifiers may be embedded.

4. Compatibility

Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate software to open provided file formats. Any standard PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, PDF gear can open the downloaded files. Browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge can also open the files.

We are not responsible for incompatibility with third party software.

5. Support

We provide reasonable support for:

• Download issues

• File corruption

• Clarification of drawing contents

Support does not include free customization unless stated.

6. Updates

If a plan is updated after purchase, we are not obligated to provide revised versions unless explicitly stated.
